Yesterday the huge shopping extravaganza “Vogue Fashion’s Night Out” took place in Berlin and the team of Vogue Deutschland asked me to come with them and take pictures on their tour from East to West, Quartier 206 to Kurfürstendamm to KaDeWe. To reawaken us all from our summerly dizziness (what!? which summer?!), some smart people (namely abc, Preview and most of Berlin’s major art institutes) invented a new event in the Berlin art calendar, called Berlin Art Week, starting next Monday. It basically means you can and should see over twenty exhibitions and many more events in one week for a very fair ticket price of 28 euros.

To visit Fiete Stolte I went deep into the woods of Wedding, where the artist chose to live a hermit life just by a lake. This is of course completely exaggerated, the truth is a little less extreme.
