So I visited Henrik Vibskov, also known as the King of Copenhagen.

This is not a real guide, it’s more a comprehension of the food I encountered during my trip to Copenhagen Fashion Week last week. I had a lot of very good food, although I was pretty surprised to find vegetarian options to be offered rather scarcely (the vegetarian option at a press dinner was salad. As in: green salad). Still, the food I had was always fresh, original and tasty (and expensive, oh boy). So here are my recommendations, which some of you might find helpful.
Minimarket was, together with the show of Beckmans Design College, my favorite during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Stockholm. It all began with Rossy de Palma, actress and muse of Pedro Almodóvar, disrobing several gowns and then intermitting the defilé of models presenting the new collection by magic tricks performed by Rossy and Danish artist Jewels, who, in the end, even swallowed a sword.
When in Copenhagen last week, I used the chance to visit Vibe Harsløf, the talented jewelry designer in her studio in Østerbro – and I was amazed to see how her collections developed when we looked at her archive.
