Before talking about the results of the voting for Berlin’s Best Burger April 2016, let me tell you one of my favorite things about our beloved Burgers & Hip Hop party – the fact that you can arrive at, say, 5pm, fill your belly with food, top it with a delicious sweet treat, and then get into the crowd that’s already dancing and shaking around 8pm! I mean, where else in Berlin can one dance before 1am?! Just one more point in the long list of reasons why this is the best food party in Berlin.
Kaffee und Kuchen is an important German tradition, so over Easter, we took to the outskirts of Berlin to have what the internet called the best cake in Brandenburg. Kaffeehaus Morgenrot is located in Hohen Neuendorf, which is technically not Berlin anymore, but still reachable by S-Bahn. Housed in a beautiful Gründerzeit mansion, they’re bringing Viennese coffee culture to the north, not only with cake but also with the many versions of Austrian coffee, in seriously good quality.
Be honest, how many of you have read this recommendation of Kanaan in Prenzlauer Berg and really wanted to go but it’s just too far north? Don’t cry, my fellow South-Berliners, you can now eat the glorious chickpea-dishes of this most amazing Israeli-Palastine joint venture in Kreuzberg!
It’s definitely about time for a round of burgers, garnished with hip hop vibes, isn’t it? Our beloved gluttony celebration Burgers & Hip Hop is happening April 2nd at Prince Charles, bringing together patty masters and vinyl artists and you! Get your very special presale-only ticket now and get prepared for Berlin’s Best Burger! We’ll vote again!
It’s a wonderful time to eat in Berlin, the city gets better every month and here’s another great new place to enjoy: Koshary Lux is serving unique dishes from Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria and many more…
