It’s getting colder outside, and while most of us prepare for winter by consuming ginger tea and snapping pictures of the last rays of sunlight, for some people this upcoming time of the year is more than just a nuisance but a life threat. Stil in Berlin is all about the good things in life and our city, but we needn’t forget that many are not that lucky. So let’s start sharing:
We’re looking for an intern, who’d like to support us in our office in Berlin from mid of November 2013.
When walking through Peckham during my stay in London, that’s sadly already almost four weeks in the past, I stumbled over a sign in front of a small café announcing they’d make one of the best sandwiches of London and have been awarded by the British Sandwich Association. Yes, that’s right, there’s an official institution, guarding the quality of the British sandwich and their url is, naturally, sandwich.org.uk. I love it.
I met Lotta a couple of months ago and since then couldn’t take my eyes off her. She’s a Weimaraner beauty of five years and lives in a spacious apartment in Prenzlauer Berg (if she’s not roaming the streets and parks). The newest addition to her home is a dog’s bed given to her by Berlin based dog label Cloud 7.
Forget about Robin Thicke, Justin Timberlake, Pharrell. Heck, forget Daft Punk. This summer should belong to the likes of Ciara, of Lorde, Kate Boy, and CHVRCHES. Yes, Miley too. Open those double windows, blast this off your balcony, take it to a lake, a park, Kotti. Have a great Berlin summer, y’all, we’ll be rooting for you.
