So I visited Henrik Vibskov, also known as the King of Copenhagen.
This is not a real guide, it’s more a comprehension of the food I encountered during my trip to Copenhagen Fashion Week last week. I had a lot of very good food, although I was pretty surprised to find vegetarian options to be offered rather scarcely (the vegetarian option at a press dinner was salad. As in: green salad). Still, the food I had was always fresh, original and tasty (and expensive, oh boy). So here are my recommendations, which some of you might find helpful.
When in Copenhagen last week, I used the chance to visit Vibe Harsløf, the talented jewelry designer in her studio in Østerbro – and I was amazed to see how her collections developed when we looked at her archive.
I was invited backstage for the Stine Goya show (as in: officially, not only sneaking in, like I did at Ann Sofie Madsen right after the show). Back there you’re surrounded by dozens of other photographers – taking pictures cheek to cheek it’s rather hard to be original. Please decide for yourself if I was successful.
