Welcome: Sundays!

One sloppy, grey afternoon, my friend Ruth and I were sitting down at my dining table to do a jigsaw puzzle from the 1990s, that I had borrowed from my mom’s friend. It showed the boarding of the Titanic, so while we were puzzling we discussed the impending doom embedded in the motif wishing for more uplifting imagery when Ruth said: “I just wanna do my own puzzles….” And I said: “Why not, we should just do it!”. Now, barely 4 months later, here we are - we started a company, called it “Sundays” (you know, like, the feeling), and just launched our first, 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle! Its title is Floreality, it was designed in Berlin and is produced in South Germany, in a small town near Stuttgart.

“Puzzles!?”, said more than one friend, when we talked about our new endeavor, puzzled by how we got to this idea. “We love puzzles” we replied (in unison), because we really, actually do! We love how exciting but relaxing they are! We want to make lush puzzles exuding that feeling of fantasy and fun, with a great flow to get you into that Sundays state of mind, regardless of the day.

This - starting a company with someone to actually produce actual goods, - is very exciting and also nerve-wracking. But it’s the most fun to see people enjoying this puzzle as much as we do.

If you would like this adventure, you can, of course, buy the puzzle, or just follow and like us on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or Facebook. Every share goes a long way.

Thank you for your support!
